The themed workshops alternate between theory and hands-on experiences.
Vital hygiene, whether dietary, nervous, muscular, emotional or vibrational, is at the heart of the subject, allied with our full health.
Naturopathy uses several techniques that I would like to share with you through the workshops: yoga, sophrology techniques, breathing, emotional awareness, meditation, sound journeys, ‘set your intentions’ workshops, cooking workshops and naturopathy workshops.
All my workshops combine theory to give you lasting knowledge with practical experiences so that you can feel, integrate and become aware of your vital force, the source of health.
Human beings have their own biological laws, and straying from them causes difficulties.
They are like the earth, a complex yet simple ecosystem, if they respect the laws to which they are subject.
