Through all my experiences of travel, extreme adventures, learning to free myself from resistances, blockages, limiting patterns that prevented me from fully developing... and still with all the humility of a human being, this work of liberation will always be ongoing, encountering new parts of myself.
I am delighted to offer you holistic support through natural approaches . It's not about achieving something specific, but rather about welcoming what resonates within you.
I became passionate about these natural laws, all simple sums, I spent time in Nature to experience them, to care for my children, my loved ones; I deepened all this daily life and I transmit them today in individual treatments, wellness workshops and soon, again, wellness courses of 3 to 5 days, and training courses in Tibetan bowls.

Who am I?
Caroline Prieto
Trained in Vitalist Naturopathy, yoga, energy massage, psychoenergetics, sound therapy, and circle singing, all of these practices are the fruit of my experiences and support vitality, creativity, and self-sufficiency. A true revelation, I discovered through my naturopathic studies that health is simple! A healthy and vibrant diet, clean, flowing, and nutritious fluids (blood, lymph, etc.), resulting in proper breathing, a calm and peaceful mind, strong and toned muscles, a reconnection with nature, and a joyful social life. In this way, our cells sparkle with happiness!
I hope that this support will inspire you to open up even more space for freedom of thought, discernment and open-mindedness towards your full health, vital energy, our very essence.
