   What is Naturopathy?

If I say ‘naturopathy’ to you, what do you say?
 ‘Nutrition, diet, dietetics’.
And it's true, it's a big part of hygiene when we want to maintain our vehicle, that famous complex machine that is governed by simple mechanisms: good fuel, a good rhythm and rest. 

 

        Humans are an integral part of nature.

​​    ​Naturopathy is a way of life​.

Natural health results more from what we eliminate than from what we introduce or produce within ourselves.

But when we no longer compensate for what we take in, diseases appear, referred to as elimination crises by traditional medicine.

Health medicine is at once a philosophy, a science and a set of techniques.

Vitalism is based on the vital energy within us that enables the body's intrinsic, innate intelligence, which is the only thing capable of eliminating organic toxins produced by metabolism or the external environment.

Humorism, the science based on the fluids of the internal natural environment.

E=Mc2, the body is above all energy.

Let's get some fresh air... Breathe.

Oxygen is as essential as good nutrition and is found in our muscles, neurons and all our cells.

A decent life develops in the open air.

Muscular and nervous hygiene depend directly on it. Treat yourself, choose the sport you love or what seems to be,

Move, simply walk.

Added to this is excretory hygiene, without which our bodies could not function.

Yes, the basic need to eat is vital, but so is the need to expel waste.

The exit routes, mainly the intestines and kidneys, must remain open, otherwise the functioning of the entire body is impeded. That is why I offer detox programmes in my courses.

In Western countries in particular, where the cortex never stops, mental and nervous hygiene play a key role in combating illness: stress is a daily threat. The vital importance of letting go, meditating, relaxing, and practising artistic and creative activities are an integral part of mental hygiene. As a safeguard, toxins do not only come from outside, we sometimes create them ourselves.

Psycho-emotional management is ours to control, just like all the other keys to good health.

But do we still need to hold the keyring, listen, take time for ourselves, and look away to access it?

Naturopathy is a set of key methods for getting as close as possible to the balance of our body's proper functioning. Even if I lose my balance for a moment with each step, the body's intelligence is always there to maintain all the parameters of the body, a formidable machine.

The dynamic is not to silence the symptoms but to gradually restore your health, whose level of clogging is the root cause of disease.

Billions of biochemical reactions are taking place every moment;

everything stabilises and maintains itself, but we still need to provide our cells with the right nutrients (food, thoughts, emotions) to promote

the ever-present intelligence of the body.

It is impermanence within permanence and vice versa. Our cells are sparkling!
